The sustainability issue arises in nearly all projects as part of the assignment. For that reason, all projects to which ourselves contribute to development, design and/or preparation are screened for sustainability. Our employees contribute ideas based on the question of the client and their personal accountability. We are capable of offering realistic sustainable solutions.
Some concrete examples based on our policy vision on the theme of sustainability are improving the sustainability of our accommodation, the healthy working environment and the regional branches. The methodology and experience with Result-oriented Real Estate Maintenance (ROREM) offers us insight into the sustainability of solutions and materials over the total service life of real estate.
As co-developer of the tool Municipal Practical Guidelines for sustainability during maintenance (MPG maintenance 4.0), we also show people concretely in projects how the offered solutions score on overall sustainability.
The many examples of long-term relationships with which a trusting bond is built ultimately indicate that we are going for a “sustainable” partnership.
